How We Work
We know what you want: results. Here’s how we get them for you:
1. Evaluate
We perform a comprehensive review of your current website and any search marketing programs you currently have in place. For free. Then we provide you with a detailed report on our findings and our recommendations on improvements and opportunities. For free.
2. Execute
If you hire us, we get to work immediately building a firm foundation on which your search engine marketing campaigns can deliver meaningful business analytics and results. We:
- Identify goals, target customers, and key metrics unique to your business
- Inspect current keywords or create a new keyword list from scratch, eliminating underperforming keywords
- Establish campaign filters, negative keywords and placement targets
- Generate new, targeted text ads if necessary
- Set up custom destination URLs for target landing pages
- Work with your team to install conversion tracking codes
- Generate reporting templates based on financial goals such as ROI, maximum cost per conversion, number of conversions per week
- Integrate campaigns into our bid management tool
- Offer suggestions on how to improve landing pages
Along the way, we may alter variables in the search equation in order to discover the right combination of keywords, ad copy and bid amounts that will deliver the best results for your business. Usually, you’ll start seeing improved results in one to three months.
3. Optimize
Frankly, this is an area that really sets us apart. We never “set it and forget it.” Search engines are always refining the way they operate and your competitors do, too, so we stay on top of both to keep your campaigns fresh and relevant by:
- Managing keyword bids using our enterprise class bid optimization tool
- Adding new “positive” and “negative” keywords on an ongoing basis
- Testing new channels and expanding
- Adjusting geographical targets, keywords and ad copy as business changes
- Recommending refinements to landing pages, call-to-action text/buttons, and site usability
How Much?
We like to keep it simple. And transparent. We don’t have hidden costs or fees. We’re a lot like you – when it comes to managing a budget, we don’t like surprises:
- The initial evaluation (#1) is free
- If you hire us, we charge a flat fee of $3,000 for the initial account build (#2)
- For ongoing optimization work (#3), we charge 15% of your monthly online media spend (or $3,000, whichever is greater)
