The 360Partners team recently caught up with SEM Analyst Meagan Finucan. Meagan started with us in 2015, and has been kind enough to share a little bit about herself and her background.

What is your background?

I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio (Go Bengals!) but moved to Chicago after college. I spent 7 great years in Chicago, where I was able to work in a variety of different roles across finance and marketing. I also completed my MBA at the University of Chicago in marketing. Living in Chi-town brought many wonderful things in to my life, including but not limited to: my husband, deep-dish pizza, Blackhawks hockey and many life-long friends. However, Chicago also introduced me to the feeling of waiting on a train platform in -25 degree wind chills… which is what brings me to Austin! My husband and I decided about 6 months ago to trade in our parkas for cowboy boots and head to sunny Austin, and we’ve been loving it ever since. I was looking for a data-driven, analytical marketing agency, full of smart driven people, which is how I ended up at 360Partners!

What are your responsibilities at 360Partners?

I am an SEM analyst. My primary responsibilities are to optimize account performance, implement account strategies and deliver value for our clients.

What’s your favorite thing about working at 360Partners?

My favorite thing so far is the ‘team’ environment 360 has created. A victory for one is a victory for all, which leads to a great space for learning, developing and improving all of our skills.

What’s the most challenging aspect of your job?

Being in such an ever-evolving industry leads to constantly having new things to learn, tools to play with, and articles to read. While this is what keeps it interesting, the challenges is finding the time to try it all!

Anything big happening outside of work this year?

I am traveling to Italy and France this summer!

What makes Austin special?

Being fairly new to Austin (5 months!), I’m continuously finding new things to love about this city. The over-arching theme I’ve found so far though is the culture… from the food to the music to the shopping, it all has a unique Austin flare. Austin offers something for everyone from foodies to nature-lovers!
